How To schedule content from the designer

TDM allows you to schedule different presentations on specific times and/or days.
Unlike page or playlist scheduling, scheduled presentations will overrule the default presentation for that player. It’s even possible to schedule a presentation for different time zones, making sure a 12 o’clock scheduling will start the presentation at the same time of day all over the world.
Requirements
If you want to schedule your content you need to meet the following requirements:
Administrator access to the TDM designer
Login to the designer with an administrator account: https://designer.tdmsignage.com
Open “Content Creation” and then select “Schedules”
You will see an overview of all the content scheduled for your devices. Please note that it is possible to filter on a specific device or group. This way only the content for that specific group/player is displayed in the overview.
You can also switch between time zones to schedule content for locations in different parts of the world.To create a schedule, drag a desired timeframe or double click anywhere on the calendar.
A new window will open where you can configure your schedule, the following fields need to be configured:
Start date/time
End date/time
Player or Group
Presentation
Once you have configured all the fields please select “Save”.
You have now successfully created your content schedule. You can repeat the steps in case you want to create multiple schedules for your devices.
