How to add or update licenses in TEOS
TEOS Manage needs a license for each device to be controlled. This guide explains how to add licenses to your TEOS Installation.
Requirements
If you want to add licenses to TEOS Manage you need to meet the following requirements:
TEOS Manage installed
License key available
1) Log into TEOS manage and navigate to Server management Menu
2) On the right side look for “Server ID” and note this ID.
3) Open a Browser and navigate to https://www.teosmanage.com
4) Click on the Orange button “Download TEOS Manage License”
5) Fill in your Server license key and click “Next”
6) Fill in your Server ID and click download license File
7) Your license file has now been downloaded, go back to the “Server Management” menu in TEOS. Click the Chose File button
8) Please select your TEOS license file and press “Open”
9) Now press the “Upload” button
10) If you want to update your existing license with newly purchased licenses you can just press the “Update license file online” button.
If the TEOS Manage server doesn’t have an internet connection you can follow the same steps from step 1 to download an updated licensefile.
You have now successfully installed/updated your TEOS Licenses.
